Newel Plate
This Newel Plate Fastener provides a simple method for installing posts under carpet, over concrete and over finished floors. We engineered the plate to a full 3/16″ thick for optimum strength, and we included hardened screws for a trouble free installation.
Wood Trim Kit: For installation over finished floors, trim may be required (sold separately).
These sets of trim are designed to conceal the newel plate fastener. The four piece kits will accommodate a newel up to 3.5”. The installer will be required to cut to fit. Specify wood species.
